We want all client's whom store with us to feel as comfortable as possible. This is why access is allowed, depending on our business days. Anything within the 5 business days allows us to retrieve your inventory when needed.

When releasing your items back we want to make this process just as easy as when we retrieved them. You are more then welcome to schedule a time slot for self pick-up or our team here can deliver them straight to you anywhere through out the Bay Area.

We then will re-wrap everything that needs to picked-up or deliver. Along with a recount to double check everything out. Lastly we will send you an updated inventory list afterwards.
